Green Fire and Infiltrating the Black Temple

I had done this way back in Legion, grinded for weeks to get the Tome to start this quest. My character was 110, and the quest was level 90, it was still hard. I had started another Warlock, and this time bought the Tome, expensive but worth it.

You can start it at level 35 now, Except even though Outland so level 10 to 15, Mop is 30-40 but the instance content actually scales. The quest is not solvable at 35 or any level, the Essence of Order first boss Nukes me every time.

How do I get this done now, Why are these old instances scaled?

Edit: The Temple is set 30, I had Chomie time on though too. I turned it off and tried again at 40, easy peazy.

Then hit max and try again.

If you’re in Chrome Time you won’t be able to do it. Get out of Chrome Time.
