I am unable to progress the Quest “Green Dream Team”. To progress the quest I have to summon the pet Rithro, which I should have from a previous quest in the chain, however Rithro is not in any of my bags (on any character) and it greyed out in the collections so I can’t complete the quest. This seems to be a warband quest so none of my characters can progress it.
Check your pet journal.

Oh, I see. It is cageble, that can complicate this quest if purchased but they also have said it’s not on any characters. Does it show up under Unobtained on the auction house?
There might be some weird system problem with their character.
I just tried looking up their collection in the Armory and got a 500 error.
I just looked at my own and yours, and it worked OK.
It did show up under unobtained on AH. I did purchase on the AH and that let me continue the quest. Thanks for the help!

Ok, that’s rather weird, because you were awarded the pet from the previous quest in the chain. But I suppose if you caged it and got rid of it, and somehow forgot that fact, you could still wind up where you were.
Curious about the Armory fault, but I guess it’s the Armory. It bugs out as often as it works.
Also not sure about the armory bug, don’t check my own often so don’t know how long it has been broken.
