If they fixed it they fixed it wrong, now I can’t complete it a first time. Summoned the pet that’s supposed to advance it, nothing happens, no action button -
the infusion they gave me isn’t a “Use:” item, literally no clue what to do
to add insult to injury that’s when the bug system refused to let me file a bug, captcha says ok I pass, then fails to redirect onward to the UI for submitting
Maybe the bucket for infusion bugs is full.
Still happening. I did it yesterday and today. Must be up to like 8 Snorrs now.
Still happening. This will be the third time it’s shown up for me.
I had it show up and thought it fixed but now it’s gone again and I cannot progress at all in this line with my druid. So it is still broken.
The problem is I don’t even see the quest to do so any more, so I don’t get the currency to buy anything.
I have the quest again and I don’t want another Snorr… Not like we have unending dream infusions, lol, I’d like to get a different pet.
So far, I’ve not gotten another Snorr etc. Maybe because I still have a Lesser Dream Infusion in my inventory? I do keep filling up the bar and purchasing stuff from the vendor with the Dream Infusions I get.

Do you still have the Lesser Dream Infusion in your inventory? Mines still there from the 2nd attempt.
Before the issue resolved itself, for me, I ended up with 3 and I’ve kept them in just to be on the safe side as I work to get all the pets and mounts.

This being said, while we would love to help you out on this one, there’s still not hotfix or resolution we can provide you at the moment and as such we will not be able to assist.
As a player myself, I understand the frustration when seeking assistance and not being provided a quick fix for the issue at hands and I could not be more in line with you there. However, Costumer Support does not have the same access to in-game tools as our developer’s team, meaning that while we can assist on some issues, there are others that need to be investigated and fixed by them as they may have further implications and consequences on the game that only that team can fix.
