People get confused about that, sure, but that’s not the issue being discussed here.
What I find weird is my addon says one thing, “L” says another thing what I need to complete the quest. And then my bank alt which is level 10 has completed the quest according to my addon yet never setting foot outside of Origmaar. And every character I have is also on the quest yet never accepting it.
Same here. Happening on all my characters. I have 2 pets already, but keep getting this quest, but have no way to complete it as the NPC does not have an option for me to buy the pet.

I guess it is fixed, I don’t have that quest anymore and now I get the daily quest for dream infusion
I got the quest today but then abandoned it, as I already had two snorr. But it seems that now I also have a lesser dream infusion in my inventory and the quest is not re-offered. Tempted to destroy the lesser infusion but afraid I’ll never be able progress with this toon since I seem to be in limbo.

Same I noticed the quest disappeared late last night from my main and all my alternate characters. However, I still have a Lesser Dream Infussion in my inventory I am so afraid to delete it screws up something later on.

I completed the quest once, got Snor, the quest popped again and I can’t re-buy Snor and abandoning/relog/reload/etc does nothing. And I’ve got 5 lesser dream infusions in my bag. Tried to summon Rithor but it won’t let me use the dream infusions on him. So yeah, still broken.

Happening to me too. I completed the quest the other day. Showed up again yesterday, completed it again (released the duplicate Snorr). Showed up again today.
The quest is no longing appear for me.
I was having this issue as well, but I summoned Snorr in front of her and now the quest is gone on all my characters.
My problem is that I cannot progress with her on the other characters, in addition to having that one lesser dream infusion I can do nothing with.
Quest still broken. I did this quest yesterday. Problem was, I already had Snorr. I guess I bought him already, so I was forced to buy another one to complete the quest. So now I have two of them. Can’t cage them either.
Now today, the quest pops up again. I don’t want to buy another Snorr, so I abandoned it. I now have a lesser dream in my inventory. The quest is no longer showing up to pick up, but there is a phantom exclamation mark on my map for it.
It seems to be fixed, at least for me. I logged it in to check and while I still have the infused whatsit in my bag that I can’t seem to do anything with, the NPC is showing me progression on her bar, so I’m no longer prevented from dealing with her.
