It’s on the in game calendar for today? Wonder who messed that up. WoW news article says:

Im not looking on the calandar, its literally on the events sheet, every hour.
I can also confirm that the greedy emissary event is already live in the events schedule of the quest log. But the event is not active. Chalk it up to yet another bug for 11.1.7.
