Why haven't we nerfed fire yet?

Greater pyro is insane but don’t really need it to 80-0 someone in a meteor/fireblast/fireblast w/ combustion up and blaster master traits. Damage is just way too good for everything it brings atm. Don’t mind high damage but the level of casted & instant damage is too high across the board imo.

Shimmer needs to die

Revert it to “takes 15% less damage after casting blink for 3 seconds” or something like that, I understand this might empower mongo melees a bit but being polied when you’re behind a pillar w/o anything you can do about it is just stupid.
