Great vault shenanigans

Hi there.
Before today’s reset my great vault acknowledged my raid participation promising ilvl 626 (raid finder) rewards
and claimed I would be getting ilvl 645 or 649 rewards from Delves.
Now after maintenance the Raid area lists no rewards as if I hadn’t participated and the rewards from delves are ilvl616.
Am I missing something here or is this a bug?

Your sure u hadnt already claimed the rewards from the GV they dont just disapeaar. Could also be a display issue have u tried a UI reset

I only just logged in after maintenance. No time to claim an item and forget. I will try the UI reset.

are you sure it’s not an old vault from a previous week that you never opened

I have just returned from a long break of wow. That could be it. I hope it hasnt messed with this weeks results.

.Thanks heaps. That was it. I was too worried to claim the low ilvl stuff after reading previous issues and blizz claiming they cannot resolve already claimed item issues.

I have been having the same problem. I would do the task and it would be acknowledged, but it doesn’t reflect in the vault. This week is especially bad right from the start.

I did, thank you! I moved mine over to the bug forum after I figured out it was supposed to be there instead of here.

There have been several weeks where I didn’t get what I thought I should and it was always because I had forgotten to pick up the previous week’s. Everything will stay till you pick it up. Well barring end of expansion vault wipes.

I have been picking up my loot. The Vault simply did not detect that I did a single heroic or timewalking on this character last week for some reason.

This just happened to me. The vault thinks I did dungeons, which I did not. And is like hey heres a ring for doing dungeons! I raided, mythic. I cleared it. Yet the vault isn’t registering it today.

Did you pick up the Vault reward in previous weeks when you may have done a couple of dungeons? Usually when you see a reward that doesn’t appear to reflect what you did that week it is a previous reward that you never picked up. The Vault holds into those until you do then cycles through to the next week until you have collected all your rewards.

If you pick up the reward and you don’t seem to have anything from this last week then that is likely a bug and I would recommend submitting a report either in-game through the Support menu under “Report a Bug” or by posting in the Bug Report forum so our QA team can look into it.

Does your vault have the text that says “these choices were unlocked more than a week ago”?
