It would be great if we could select any of the potential 9 choices in Great Vault and reroll one item once. It would be a simple way to mitigate some of the bad luck.

The best idea would be to remove the toxic system that is The Great Vault. Weekly chores to get an RNG chest in any form of it has ruined the game.
Just add in Valor/Badge Vendors where people take the resources they earned in Mythics and Raids and just literally buy the gear they want.

If you stay long on a difficulty, you would get duplicates. The best solution is DONT STAY LONG on low difficulty. Climb up one notch to the next difficulty that would drop better loots.
If you’re max’d out ilevel 252 on Vault with many slots on you already on ilevel 252, step up one notch… and do Mythic Raid. M+ and Weekly Vault is not Mythic Raiding.
The issue with this is that it won’t resolve the times where your choices are either of the following: pants, pants, pants, pants, pants or pants.
You have 9 options. All of them are pants? You are exaggerating. I only use 2 options and I have all upgrades for 6 consecutive weeks now and it’s not stopping soon. Last season, I have 23 consecutive weeks of all upgrades.
Reroll tokens could be purchased with excess anima.

I said this is a simple way to mitigate some of the bad luck, not fix it. If you want it fixed, RNG should be gone. But, I assume Blizzard will not do that.
