Hi all,
When I go to the Great Vault, I have only one item available to me. When I go to Delve HQ it says I have unclaimed reward and it shows 3 golden circle.
I know for a fact I did at least 8 delves and work activities, unless only bountiful delves count for the great vault?
Anyone has a plausible explanation

Do you mean there’s only one slot lit up in the World Content row? Or do you mean you can only choose one item?
I don’t even know what this is. 
I opères up the Vault and it gives me one piece of armor, à chest.
When you go to delve HQ, the book in front of Brann has an option to preview the vault, and it shows 3 items
The book shows what you have unlocked for next week’s/tomorrow’s great vault.
The vault shows what you unlocked last week.
So tomorrow the book should be empty and you’ll have three items to choose from in the Vault.
You probably did something last week, never claimed it, now you have to pick from last weeks rewards before it shows what you are earning this Tuesday
If you see an item, you need to loot it or take the token.
Sounds like you just didnt take your item from last week.

My bad, you guys are right. My 3 slots are for this week.
What I don’t understand is that I turned 80 this past saturday. Last week I was leveling. Can you unlock a vault slot while leveling ?
I know I was able to take the quest to acquire something from the great vault so it might be that.
It gave me a tier set 587 chest 
Yes. You can unlock vault slots while still leveling.
You can get a vault while leveling, and they seem to stack like you experienced. I don’t know if you can get more than 2 vaults tho.
Doing dungeons and weekly world quest activities will trigger the vault.
I only have my main’s items to choose from. My alts have NOTHING. THIS patch has been something else.
Multiple unclaimed vaults can stack.
If you take the item, you may still have an unopened vault.
Not the problem, Capslock. Thank you, though. 0 rewards were given to many people even though they ran content deserving of rewards. So, we have a bug that is not addressed.
Again, this is a bug that is not discussed this patch outside of the forums. It should be mentioned in the patch/version notes, because you have people that think they will earn rewards, wait for those rewards, and then find themselves on the forums a week later wondering if there was any point.
