I killed 2 mythic bosses last week and got hero gear in vault? Put a ticket in and they said they cant do anything and to come to the forums…so here I am.
I have both confirm kills logged on warcraft logs. Any help would be great.
Character is Narestor-draenor.
Unfortunately technical support is player discussion only, regarding crashes and install issues, though i believe you need to complete more to get mythical track gear, probably 4 or more. Players in Gameplay > Dungeons, Raids and Scenarios might have more information on what is needed.
The standard question here is always going to be did you loot all previous rewards from the great vault?
Oh okay thanks, ill post it over there. And I ment mythic raid bosses… it says 2 boss kills to get 1 vault slot…which is the only slot I had available since this was an alt 
Also @zungar This is an alt I dont use often, last couple of weeks we only killed 1st mythic boss and progged vorasius so I didn’t get a vault, this week we downed him. I remember not looting vault last expansion and it just gave me the coins automatically?
Nope. It has not given things out automatically. You have to loot old items to get to see the new items.
Sometimes there is a pop up that says these were earned over a week ago.
damn, i feel pretty silly, i have never seen that before. sure enough it was from weeks and weeks ago when i ran normal. i should have just looted it, but i didnt want there to be an issue. blizzard has done where its something like ‘ope. looks like you selected the reward so we cant change it after’ type thing. thanks a bunch friend
