Great Vault is showing that I completed content but no awards available

Hello, all - I have completed heroics, delves, etc., this week, and upon completing the requisite amount, I get the award notification showing up on my screen. When I go to the GV, I see that I have rewards available, and swirling gold over the slots as though they are loading, but nothing comes through.

I tried logging in and out several times, and I even gave it a couple of days. This issue started occurring on Tuesday night.

I opened a ticket but only received a very generic response about checking my deleted items (?) and that if the issue persisted, I needed to elevate it.

Is anyone else having this issue or does anyone know a solution? Thank you!

Activities you do to unlock the vault this week give rewards the following week.

side note before you think the following is also a bug, You will only get to pick one reward per row, BTW, so even though you seem to have unlocked multiple items you will have a choice to make next week.

Vaults telling me im getting rewards for a 7 delve, do an 8 for next level reward…except wed just finished an 8.

All content has multiple stages.

For each box you need to complete:
Raid: 2 Bosses / 4 Bosses / 6 Bosses
M+: 1 Dungeon / 4 Dungeons / 8 Dungeons
Delves/World: 2 Activities / 4 Activities / 8 Activities

So if it’s telling you to upgrade, it means you did 1 of the 2, 3 of the 4, etc and still need to do more for it to boost that thing up since it goes by what you completed. So if you do 3 T8 delves and 1 T7 delve, your first box will say T8 and the second box will say T7 because T7 was the lowest of your top 4.

I did 8 delves/world activ. My highest is an 8 delve. I should be getting credit for it, but its not saying as such. Doesn’t, ill do more later, but it’s telling me i didn’t do one when I did.

What I mean is, it goes by the lowest of your top number. So if you only did 1 T8 delve, your first slot will be the lowest of your top two (which would be the T7). Same for your top 4 for the second slot, and your top 8 on the last slot. You have to do two T8 delves for the first box to say T8, four T8 delves for the second box, or eight T8 delves to fill all three with T8.
