Great Vault is empty

Hi there,
I had completed (8/8) timewalking/heroic dungeons last week, including 2 raid bosses (LFR Fyrakk wing) on this character.

My Great Vault is empty, the little icon is not even flashing. I tried relogging multiple times to no avail.

Please help…

Updated: I got the Vault loot this week for both weeks. Thank you!

Unfortunately this is a lnown bug affecting some players unfortunately gms wont be able to help you atm id post in the bug reports to make sure it gets the proper atention.

Nooo :frowning: so all I did last week is wasted ? I can’t even get the 6x tokens ?

Same thing happened to my druid.

I also had this issue this week. Have relogged multiple times and even tried putting in a ticket. No luck, so here I am.

Have also completed 8 Timewalking dungeons and Great Vaut is empty. Submittied ticket and no help, very frustrating

ME TOO. No loot. not even a generating loot screen. Nothing but an empty echo of tears and sobbing…

I completed five Timewalking dungeons on this priest and a shaman. The shaman got the expected two vault choices, but this priest got none. The only difference I can think of is the priest also killed one boss in LFR (didn’t have enough time before Christmas to run another wing).

Update on the following weekly vault:
So, I’ve completed 8 Mythic+ dungeons last week, following the empty vault. When I open the vault today, I see a message at the bottom of the vault window saying “These choices were unlocked more than a week ago” and it’s giving me 2 slot of TIMEWALKING loot.

Not only I had completed 8/8 dungeons during that timewalking week, but it overwrote all my 8 Mythic+ dungeons of last week.

I don’t know if I should laugh or be mad at the complete waste of my time.

You need to fix my Vault guys. This is ridiculous.

So loot your choice, close the Vault, and re-open it. Repeat as you claim your unclaimed earlier weeks’ rewards. Eventually you’ll get to the most recent which you were expecting.

Nothing is overwritten. It’s just stuck in line behind the prior weeks’ stuff you never looted.

Update: It worked, thank you! Now I got almost all my Vault back, minus 1 slot but I won’t complain. Hopefully others in the thread got their loot back too.
