Continuing the discussion from I didn't get a vault reward:
This happened to me earlier today and I received a generic response to my ticket saying that “items lost in the outside world will usually appear in the mail”…which has nothing to do with my vault issue 
You’d want to make a thread in Bug report and try to give much info ya can on it. The CS forum isn’t able to help with this. GMs can’t either as they can’t help with loot that wasn’t made. The vault won’t have anything set in stone until its open and show you what’s there.

The “generating loot for X spec” cast bar went off then nothing happened.
Try a full UI reset to rule out any visual errors. It’s reversible afterwards, just put the original folders back/rename them back.
