I tried opening a ticket for this but I cannot see a way to to do so any longer.
I opened my great vault tonight and it generated Season 1 items. As-in lower ilvl items that are flagged as Season 1 items.
Am I mistaken that the great vault is supposed to generate Season 2 gear starting this week? I believe that is what the Wowhead article said…
Double check you don’t have another vault to grab.
It could be from the previous week if you forgot to collect it.
Though can’t confirm as I haven’t logged in yet this reset. I know my vaults were clean so if there is S1 gear in there… I want my keys back!
This, you probably had a vault you didn’t unlock in S1
That’s an unclaimed vault from previous weeks.
Vaults don’t go away if you don’t claim them, any new ones you earn are just put at the back of the queue.
This freaked me out on my paladin as well this week. Did a bunch of delves but my vault only had a single dungeon slot unlocked. Had to claim it and then my precious s2 delves appeared.
The funny thing is Blizzard says M+ chest/vault is cleared between seasons - but it isn’t. I looted 3 Season 1 vaults on patch day lol.
I literally still have a M+ item sitting in the office in Boralus on my monk cause I never looted it lol.
