Last week, I cleared the whole raid on raid finder difficulty and also completed 4 +10 dungeons. However, upon opening my vault today, I only have 2 dungeon slots and nothing else, and both of those dungeon slots are ilvl 632 veteran track gear!! I know that for completing 4 +10 dungeons these slots should have been myth track, and also the entire raid row being blank also backs up that my vault is just straight bugged. I was creating this alt character to give me something to do since my main is fully geared, but this has completely destroyed my motivation to keep playing. Please help

Keep in mind that the Great Vault may display seemingly outdated options that do not correspond with your actions last week - this occurs when you don’t open the Great Vault during a full week. The options will remain the same until you choose a reward, at which point re-opening will offer you the next set of options for the week after.
Usually, when a player reports their vault doesn’t match last week’s activity, it’s this: the vault contents are actually for a week prior to last week, and the player needs to claim it to advance the vault to later weeks, up to the expected most recent activity.
