It’s showing on my map to click on the “Great Vault” but after resetting my WoW User Interface it still has not resolved the issue. I am unable to interact with the vault.

are you talking about the icon on map or the vault in the bank?
The icon on the map is showing “rewards are now available, return to the great vault to claim your reward”. When I go to the “Great Vault” inside the bank, no icon appears to open the vault.

not to sound like a troll but you sure your GOING to right vault?
the one in Dorn at the bank? and clicking the right bank? in dorn its in the bank straight back in the back in the middle
The big octogonal door straight back with the vendor NPC standing next to it.
The marker on my map shows the vault in Valdrakken. That’s the one I’m trying to get into.
AFAIK, the Vault in Valdrakken is disabled. The Vault is max-level content only, so the only vault active is the one in the current content capital (i.e., Dornogal).
If you have a quest from Dragonflight telling you to go to the Valdraklen vault, drop it. It’s outdated and can’t be completed.
Alternately, try going to Dornogal and see if the quest actually means the current vault.

Same issue here and basically yeah… Valdrakken is dead but im being told to get my lootz there and there are no lootz if you’re not in the latest expansions capital… well i am in fact a paying customer and not happy about not getting my lootz!! Thanks for your time listening to me vent. Have a great vault, errr i mean great day.
