Did 6/8H LoU on Sunday and great vault had 1 LFR tier helm And nothing else.
Likely an older reward. The rewards do not expire and must be claimed before any newer ones can be claimed.
Near the bottom of the Vault it would say that this is an older reward.
You might have to claim a few, like I mentioned they don’t expire and can keep stacking up if not claimed.
