So, I was completing world quests on my Alt(level 74). I completed 3 quests in Isle of Dorn and I unlocked the Special Assignment once I finished 3 WQ’s. I completed the Special Assignment as Level 74. Now, I know I cant open the cache until I hit 80. But, I got a message announcement that I unlock the first slot in the Great Vault. I cant open the Great Vault till I hit 80. So, does the item stay there until I hit 80 or is this a bug message?
