Is it possible to add to soulburn to make next seed of corruption instant?

That would only help Aff Warlocks.
As Soulburn is in the Warlock tree, not the Aff tree, then likely not.

The only spell that can be buffed with Soulburn that does damage is Drain Life and that is likely to never change.
