To directly quote a GM response to my issue of being stuck with Highly-Spiced Haunch, Charred Porter and Coal-Fired Rib Rack;

If your dishes are not rotating, this may mean some requirements are not met. In most cases the quest 10,000 Years of Roasting must be completed. Be sure to complete all quests from Rumiastrasza.

The issue I’m noticing is, whenever a new food is offered, it seems there is a quest that is required to complete along with it. My issue is, there is no indication of where the quest is.
Rumiastrasza offered me no quest when my food changed and this quest start is in Obsidian Citadel. (It seems when the food changed, my quest bugged. The quest to get to Griftah marked as complete but the required quest never picked up.)

I’ve had the same 4 dishes available to me every day for over three months. Rumiastrasza does not have any new quests for me. I do not have any unfinished cooking related quests. I’m level 70. The only thing I can think of, is that maybe there is a renown requirement. I’m only about renown 18 in the Valdrakken faction.

But, this is highly frustrating. It’d be nice if there was some clue, somewhere, as to what is needed.
