I have finished the entire quest chain ending with me learning the Hoard of Draconic Delicacies. The daily quests should award me the foods that the dragon in Valdrakken starts adding to the table that go into the Great Gourmand of the Ruby Feast achievement. There are 2 dishes that the dragon is not making, I’ve been through the entire cycle of dishes at least 3 times now. Either there is a bug, or these were never implemented Roquefort-Stuffed Peppers and Moira’s Choice Espresso. I’ve gone back to the quest givers to see if I can interact with them or to see if I can buy the items. One of these items wowhead says is sold by a vendor next to the dragon but I don’t see it. I have no idea what to do at this point. Is this a bug? Or did I miss something?
Roquefort-Stuffed Peppers is said to be an item sold by Coulisa, but that NPC doesn’t seem to offer anything to buy for me.
The second item, Moira’s Choice Espresso, seems to be a quest reward from Anything But a Breeze. If you’ve already completed the quest you may have thrown the item away instead of drinking it? Not sure how that one would be fixed if it’s not appearing at the feast.
But then I don’t know if the items have to be eaten from the feast table specifically.
Thank you for replying, Coulisa sells one item for me as well and it isn’t the stuffed peppers (it is the picante pomfruit cake). Regarding the coffee item, that would be very unfortunate if you had to eat that quest reward or forever make the achievement impossible to finish. That would be a truly terrible design decision. We get our bags filled with so much garbage on the regular that this can’t possible be how it was intended to work. If I remember right llana is part of the quest chain for anything but a breeze, if you needed to consume the coffee why wouldn’t she sell the item so we could get it added to the feast rotation. This command confirms I’ve finished that quest chain: /run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(67068)) These food items are just so poorly implemented, it is a little astounding to me. No one thought to throw the items away to test if this achievement still worked? I’m stuck, hopefully some human will look at my ticket someday and offer some help because I think they missed some things here.
UPDATE: March 9th 2023 still broken, no idea how this has gone unaddressed in several months.
I started this earlier this week and finished the first quest offered that day. But no more quests have been offered since and the food selection is still the same one I was offered the first day. The selections have not changed for me.
This quest is broken! Coulisa has nothing in his selection box, its empty every time I check.
UPDATE: As of today (2/12/2023), this feast has never changed the table offering for my main. I added my initial note above 16 days ago.
Why can my alts see different food whenever they approach the table, but my main still cannot see any changes?
I have been trying to get this achievement as well. As of 4/7/23, I have had the SAME THREE DISHES available EVERY DAY on the table, and the SAME ONE dish available from the vendor outside. The dragon has no new quests for me, neither does anyone else.
It looks like this achievement is seriously broken.
As of 4-8-23 I have been having this issue as well for weeks and opened a ticket and talked to a GM however all they ever give is a typical copy and paste response and telling me to check the forums and wowhead. I have flown everywhere looking for any quest i might have missed and nothing. Same food everyday, no change. How has this went on for so long and no one has even addressed it!
One of the comments Great Gourmand of The Ruby Feast - Achievement - World of Warcraft (wowhead.com) shows which quests are associated with which foods and should help you figure out which step of the quest chain you’re sitting on.
As of 4-16-23 this is still bugged, i have done all quest ( my questlog is empty. Flown every where and picked up any random quest i see and do them and nothing. I get no new quest or meals and it has been almost a month. Submitted a bug report and opened a ticket but all i was told was check here and the wowhead forums. I have done everything people on both forums have suggested. Still no luck!
Submitted a ticket in game but going to bet ill be directed to wowhead/this forum anyway. The feast in Valdrakken is cycling as normal so far as I can tell - at least for me. The issue is that I completed one of the quests that rewards some of the food required for this achievement and vendored that food without eating it first. It’d seem that, if you do what I did, the achievement becomes impossible in the current state. For reference (in my case here), the quest is ‘Warm Away These Shivers’ and the two items that are now unobtainable are Cinna-Cinderbloom Tea and Aruunem Berrytart.

Are you referring to Coulisa? https://www.wowhead.com/npc=189041/coulisa Checking Wowhead you can see she does not sell the two items I am missing. What shows in wowhead seems to line up with what is in game and, as far as I can tell so far, does not change day to day or week to week.

you have to redo the entire quest chain on an alt, after you finish each step eat the foods they give you, that counts as credit. The peppers finally showed up at the vendor for me, but the coffee never did. Poorly implemented quest chain.
If you find yourself stuck on this achievement and have stopped seeing quests appear in Valdrakken, and don’t know what is going on - what may have happened is that you have failed to pick up one of the follow-up quests after turning in a main quest. I was stuck for a couple of months until I realized I failed to pick up a quest called https://www.wowhead.com/quest=67065/future-fresh-fungi , which requires you to open the primalist future storyline to interact with the questgiver. I could not see the quest marker until I was close to the tent where the quest-giver is standing, as she is in a phased area.
I finished all the quest for the ruby feast but I can’t drink the Moria’s Choice Espresso from the table. I check my bags don’t have it, can’t seem to buy it will try a ticket to see if that helps.
