Really cool spell (Que Kael’thas laugh). Poor execution.
It replaces Dragon’s Breath and Super Nova! Still on the gcd with 3 seconds suspension (doesn’t always stop enemy casts or actions, just acts more like a root at times – is this a bug?)
What I would recommend to fix it, since it is a hero talent, after all.
Remove it off the GCD or give it 4 seconds like Dragon’s Breath.
Have it Stun the players for that duration.
Mandatory Kael’thas laugh after every cast.

It could definitely be better but I think it’s okay for what it does. First of all, it only replaces Supernova. Blizzard are the ones who made the weird decision to make Dragon’s Breath a choice node with Supernova. Second, it is an upgrade over Supernova in every way except for the fact that its target capped for some odd reason. The initial lift cancels casting just like Supernova does but while the targets are suspended in the air they can still cast so it acts as a root and not a stun. But to be fair Supernova also couldn’t stun and it didn’t have a root either.
It’s fine as it is but it definitely doesn’t feel heroic, which I guess was the whole point. That holds true for a lot of other hero talents as well. It really feels like they held back in a lot of instances where they should have go all out instead. But that’s Blizzard for you.
