Whoever came up with some of the achievements for that Crab… can they please go work on Hearthstone or something else.
I’ll take a wild guess and the Arcane Pylon thing is done by the Kirin Tor Wind Quests team (Pre Flight since post Pathfinder you could cheese it).
Some of the rares that seemingly never spawn when I’m on.
Some of the summon depths stuff that bugs out.
I have a hard time not hating whoever came up with some of this to attach it to the Crab Mount.

I knew I felt that design mentality somewhere else!
Yeah I was hyped for the crab until I saw what it required. Never have I ever done literally everything there is to do in a zone, and I’m not going to start.

That was the ultimate classic WoW experience for me in a retail environment. Never again.
I quit today. I don’t have a high tolerance for that. I pushed through for Pathfinder and that killed my will for that zone. Now with the handful of Madiva’s creatures each week to kill, still 40 levels combined for followers to get to 30 plus the stupid arcane pylons or elusive rares… Soundless I’m looking at you buddy…
I would rather get 100 Bee mounts as Alliance then that. I’ve not gotten the Bee mount but it looks to be better in steps to get it than that Crab.

The arcane pylon is easy. Just press it to the beat.
I made a group for it and we patrolled the Coral Forest, Ashen Strand, and Spears of Azshara areas. Took us about an hour but we got it.
Hard mode one? (I don’t farm mounts to be honest, just the Crab looked cool… and I’ll try for the Bee… that one looks tolerable)
I can handle most dungeons… but after 8.3 Operation Mechagon I can’t for obvious reasons so I’ve sadly written off that mount. Also considering getting groups to do it is … not for me. (Hate pugging after the things that happened in Legion for me).
See I just reserved to flying around doing normal content in the vain hope of finding it, but lo and behold, he spawned! And some kind individual called out his coords and there was a delightful little group of players waiting around him for everybody to arrive.
Was a great time. Never felt so good to kill a rare.

I guess I’m not good… no surprise. Coldlight Cavern is it for me, I play games to overcome meaningful and fun obstacles paired with progression (someday lol)
I used to put up with annoyances, but not anymore.
It’s not hard to get. Just requires some commitment
It’s a meta-achievement for a reason
