In Shadowlands, on some characters I can see jump points for graapling launchers. How come I can only see them on my main character? Do I have to do something to open up that option for other characters?
Also, I don’t have grappling launchers on some characters…where would I be able to get one if I need one?

The grapple points are for the floating chain thing Venari sells you… you get that item and boom you can use grapple points.
I believe u have to do chapter quests to unlock grapple, hence only main

To use the grappling points in the Maw you have to buy the animated chain from Ve’nari.
To use the grappling points in Korthia you have to do the questline with Heirmir where you gather the bones to make it, which is part of one of the storyline missions there.
