Grappling Hook should be a baseline spell for all Rogue specs

I get it, it’s Combat rogue flavor, but man, this should really just not only be baseline, but be available to all three rogue specs. It totally feels “rogue-like”. not just “combat rogue-like”.

I’m not expert but don’t the other rogue specs got their own gap closing and escape mechanics ?

All specs get shadowstep. Combat just gets an extra one. But shadowstep is targeted to an NCP not a location.

It would fit all specs somewhat well

Assassination it would make sense, I mean picture a rogue sneaking into a compound and using a grapple hook to get over walls or gaps to reach their target. It fits pretty well

Subtlety is the only one it seems out of place on. They’re so magic based now it feels off. I could definitely see Sub having a targeted shadow step tho. Like Door of Shadows but purple
