Grapple Hook Bugged?

Occasionally my Grapple Hook on my rogue just breaks and doesn’t zhoom me to the destination. I’ll cast the hook → Put the marker on the ground → Animation goes zhoom → I do not zhoom.

It’s happened in BGs and Torghast, and once or twice in Zereth Mortis. Has anyone else dealt with this since the new patch dropped?

I’ve noticed this a number of times as well. I’ve usually had to adjust position or where I’m targeting to get it to cast properly. I’ve had this happen both in Zereth Mortis and even in Oribos where it was just being used to more quickly get across a level floor.
