Graphics Issue

For the first time, i believe, ever, I see pixelation in game since patch. Running a 4060 Ti, i7 13gen, 64g ram. Running on ultra. Is there a new setting or something that needs to be adjusted? I have never seen square pixels in game before. Also on a 2Gb Async LAN, so networking not an issue.

I think I have the same issue? The edges of any water flickers like mad.

Exactly, and in caves and on walls of mountains. Minecrafty

Yeah same issue on my 4070 Super, The edges of water flickering like mad.

Same. 4090 (driver 560.70). Seems mostly rock textures, Zaralek Caverns tunnel transition is the worst.

Same issue, 4060ti and latest drivers. The issue only appears to affect certain rock textures, typically the ones used in/around caves and in Zaralek.

I am having the same problem. Everything on my Warband screen is pixelated. Edges of water flick like mad, and trees, walls, pretty much everything seems pixelated. Updated all drivers, everything is current. Just noticed it after maintenance this morning.

Having the same “Water Edge Flickering” issue as well. Also running a 4070.

I was able to fix my graphics problem. Evidently after this morning maintenance, my render scaling was totally borked. I reset it and everything seems fine now. The pixelation is gone and the water edge isn’t flickering anymore. I don’t know if this will help anyone or not, but I thought I would at least put this out there just in case.

Seeing same on AMD RX6800 - water edges are worst, but happening in other areas as well.

I was able to remove edge water flickering by disabling Ray Traced Shadows in the Graphics options.

All edges that were previously flickering for me have stopped flickering after disabling Ray Traced Shadows.

Shadowed Unit Frames was causing it for me or you can turn the Liquid Detail down to fair. I have an old RX580 AMD and seems unrelated to graphics cards/drivers.

I was finding that whenever a model not in the rendered world is on screen. (Like your character in the Character Window, or a mount in the Mount Collection window) it would cause flickering.

On your Shadowed Unit Frames, were you using a 3D Portrait? Could you try making the portrait static see if the flickering persists?

I was able to fix the pixellation/corruption on rock textures by disabling Multithread Rendering in graphics options. Hopefully this may work for other as well until there’s (hopefully!) a fix in place.

7800x3D / 4090 and I have the water issues too.

Graphics driver version: 560.70

Flickering around water here too. On Nvidia 2070 Super Driver 560.70.

Disabling 3D portrait on Shadowed Unit frames made it go away. Thanks for the suggestion!

This fixed my water issue as well - hopefully a more permanent fix will hit eventually, as my framerate took a small hit when disabling it, but better than water giving me a headache XD

Running a Geforce 3060 and this resolved the same issue I had as well. Thank you!
