Graphics HD 3000 not good

i have a small problem i have a lntel HD Graphics 3000 and can not find a update driver for it can someone Help me Warcraft HD Graphics 3000 card is out of date

Sadly you do not appear to have many options… That hardware is End of Life and the last update made to it by Intel is 5 years old, being from 2015:

what are my options

Get a new computer. You’ll need it, honestly. If your vid card is that old, your entire system will need updated.

i just up date all if it 16 GB of ram and 500Mb of storage + 152 on the labtop i sill have the Warranty

What system do you have? If you have a desktop with a pcie slot, a 1650 or a used 1050 would be a pretty big graphics update for you. If you are a notebook, it gets dicier as most of the add on graphics for notebooks want a thunderbolt connector.

my system is the latitude E6320

Looks like hardware is beyond end of life and there are no more driver updates.

Since this a laptop (per you) there really are no options. Not much choice but to buy something newer.

Looking at Google this looks like an 11 year old laptop. This machine would be fine for web surfing, social media, youtube and typing up a paper but it’s not going to be able to keep up with newer games, even WoW as it goes forward.

***I meant 9 year old. I failed my math skill check

I scanned the review of the system on notebookcheck . net. There is not much you can do with that system-it has a very nice CPU for its introduction but that was 8 years ago now. It does not have upgradable graphics and does not have an interface you could plug a graphics card into (something like a sonnet graphics card enclosure). As others have said, you will need a new PC.

could i solder a new processor on to the board or is the graphics card on the board to fix it would that work

You can’t just replace laptop parts, mate. Your computer has reached the end of its days. You need to get a modern computer.

Not really possible with laptops. If it were a desktop you could just do an upgrade on the part.

New mainboard and CPU.
New graphics card.
Etc.

With laptops you’re out of luck. Once it hits end of the road that’s it. My own laptop is in the same boat. I had to disable the dedicated graphics card in it since windows 10 doesn’t play well with its drivers. It is 10 years old as well.

Good for web browsing and productivity and light easy to use games, but nothing else.

That’s kinda why gamers tend to play on desktops more than laptops. Not only can they run games faster, you can open it up and upgrade the parts. With a laptop, you just have it until it craps out on ya.

what do you guys think i can get for resale it has 16gb of Ram and 500TB SSD and a 2.50HHz CPU

I imagine you’d be lucky to get $150 for the thing.

No. The CPUs themselves are wave soldered as they have a grid of pins. The CPUs have different pin-outs and more modern CPUs will not connect to your printed circuit board. (If you want to learn a pout this, you can google about CPU sockets, but those only apply to desktops for the most part. Laptop thermals are difficult to solve with a socketed CPU as well.
