Graphic Card not compatible?

I have a new computer, perfect for gaming so I’m not sure why I’m having this popped up on my screen when I log in. Anyone else having these issues? And is there something going on on my end that I have to fix or is it just Blizzard?

Do you have the most recent update for your video card’s driver?

Does your computer meet or exceed the system requirements for the game?

Probably not. This is going to sound stupid but any idea how I update it? Sorry I sound like such a noob, its my first computer I bought myself.

Also, here is an example of how I can check for drivers on my video card:

Start menu icon is underneath this red arrow (I blacked out my desktop so that only the pertinent stuff would show – that is why it is all black)

Right-click it & choose Device Manager

Choose Display Adapters in the Device Manager

Right-click your video card and choose Update Driver (Please note what you see on your system may not be the same as my example here from my system.)

Choose Search Automatically for updated driver software

If, like me, you get the message that Windows could not find an updated driver

You may need to then check with the video card manufacturer’s website. Here are some of the better known ones:

Please DO NOT USE device manager to check for driver updates. That is not the way to check for those.

Go directly to the manufacturer of the video card or other hardware for the most up to date drivers.

I just wanted to note another specific event that might occur for other people. I put in a crossfire, 2 graphics cards into my computer. I put both the display port which goes to my Samsung monitor and the HDMI port which goes to my big screen Samsung TV unto the same main graphics card. This ensures, in my opinion, that you don’t get the blue screen of death, when you try to input on different graphics cards different inputs – I believe this confuses the graphics card and the computer motherboard. If I’m wrong, please let me know. In addition, World of Warcraft doesn’t run on the big Samsung TV unless you set the big screen’s resolution to 1920 x 1080; this, causes the resolution of the game of world of warcraft to appear unto my big screen Samsung TV. It’s not a driver problem in this instance, it would be a screen resolution problem. No need to set up new drivers as a ‘fix’ for this problem. If you’ve already put in the new drivers for the graphics cards, no need to uninstall in my opinion the old drivers if your graphics cards are working in the first place. Thank you and have a good day. I hope this helps someone out there who are doing crossfire with their GPU’s and playing on the big screen TV.
