I started with BfA... is it possible to still get that title?
Can someone maybe point me towards the questline?
I already started a quest where I fight against demons and I think it ended where I have to safe children...
But I lost it from there...
I looked for a little bit but couldn't find where to continue.
Is i patched out?

You should still be able to get it. Just keep following the class hall questline. Wowhead should be able to help.

Yes, you can 100% get your grandmaster title to this day. You can also unlock the special artifact weapon transmog after finishing the order hall class line.
To find out where you left off, open up your map and go to the way bottom of the the quest log. You will see monk order hall campaign. Open that up and you will see what quest you need to do.
