From the map overview of Dragon Isles as a whole, the horns show up on the zone where the Grand Hunt should be, but once you click in to the particular zone, the horn disappears.
Additionally, if you fly to the zone where it is being displayed on the overview of the isles map, you might/might not find the camp. If you find the camp, and it displays 5/6 etc of hunts left, the hunts do not trigger the quest in your quest log.

Yep. Seeing this too. Haven’t been able to finish a single hunt and haven’t gotten any rewards.
Add me to this list. I’ve traveled to multiple of the hunts since reset and haven’t been able to participate. This is preventing me from completing the weekly quest from Valdrakkan.
Experiencing the same issue. Have participated in 5 hunts now. Two in Azure span that granted no credit. Three others around Dragon Isles that did give me spoils but not credit for the weekly. Blizz needs to get on this and fix it.
Same issue, it’s like there’s no hunt when I arrive then sometimes I’ll see x/6 but given no info on what to do. While we’re on the topic of hunts, please don’t force me to put passives on my action bars it’s very annoying.

Same here in Azure Span. Tried to participate in one but couldn’t see the objectives at all. I could follow other players and do what they did, but in the end did not get credit.
I went to the next hunt, still in the zone, and this time it popped for me. We got to 3/5 in the hunt and then the entire thing just disappeared as if we phased. The horn was gone from the map and no further instructions popped up.
If it helps, an elemental storm had started in Azure Span at some point during all this. Maybe this is messing things up?
Same here, I see in in the Dragon Isles as a whole but as soon as I zoom in the zone I see nothing… can’t do any of the hunt
Can not even figure out where to go. Get to the horn before it starts and then when it does. Moves to the other side of the map on you.
At least I know what’s going on now, lol. I got lucky occasionally and found a group of people killing the last boss so I got 2 bags last week. But I’ve never seen a quest pop up or have any idea what I’m supposed to do since I noticed the horn on my map the first time.
Likewise, they disappeared, few minutes later they reappeared but before i could get to one they were gone again.
same here on Shadowsong server. Tried many times to find the hunt and the timer on the horn on the big map is confusing. Time left to complete or time left til it begins? By luck, I found one hunt but then didn’t get any rewards or completed it. It moves around so fast. Please fix!!
Yeah, I’m having the same issues as well. I login and see it on my map, but then when I go there … nothing.
I’m been trying all week to complete one for the weekly quest 
It’s pretty broken, and they gave us all this weekly quest. I wonder if they’ll be able to fix it before the reset.
UPDATE: I was able to find a non-bugged hunt just northeast of the main city (in Thal) and get it completed. Maybe only certain hunts are bugged.
Same, hunts are bugged. When the horn only appears on the world map not area map for me, when I fly over nothing is there…
I was told of a way to fix this. When you open your map there is a circle at the bottom left where you can select a faction. Choose the Centaur and the hunt area will become more obvious on your map.
