Grand Hunt Spoils min level is 60 (bug)

The Grand Hunt Spoils currently requires level 60.
In War Within pre-patch players can already access Dragonflight at level 10+. Also you can participate the Grand Hunt at level 10+ so it would make sense to lower the requirement for the Grand Hunt Spoils to level 10.

Just experienced this. Completed the hunt at level 30, but can’t open the spoils.
