Attempting to complete the “Last Hurrah: Dragon Isles” weekly quest and one of the objectives is to complete a grand hunt. It’s currently in Thaldraszus. However when flying over to the area on the map where the Grand Hunt is occurring (as indicated by the horn on the map) nothing is triggered. No quests, no grand hunt status; nothing. Please help.

Are you sure you are not confusing the Time Rift horn with the Great Hunt horn? I’ve done that a couple of times

Realized the map icon is arbitrarily placed in the geographic middle of the zone on the world map and doesn’t actually indicate where the Grand Hunt is until you enter the zone. Seems like a design oversight that has surprisingly made it this far into the expansion without issue.
So if you hit the arrow next to the large circle on the left of your map, you can set it to any of the reps. Set to the centaur and the horn will appear where the hunt actually is inside the zone!

While I’m sure your hunt has rotated multiple times by now, for future reference there are two locations in Thaldraszuz that host a grand hunt. One is just south of Algeth’era, and the other one is just east of the ZC cave entrance in the southwest corner.
The tricky part with Thaldraszuz is that being in Valdraken will cause the hunts to not show on the map. If you leave Valdraken, one of the two should show up on the map.
Source: hundreds upon hundreds of grand hunts. Thaldraszuz is by far the most annoying zone to do them in, the phase glitch is especially troublesome here.
