In Early access is anyone missing the Missing Vendor and Xmogger on the Grand Expedition Yak?

This started to happen to me randomly.
First it was about 10 mins working on a transmog and then without warning the NPCs from the yak disappeared. I resummoned the yak and this time the NPCs disappeared after a few mins, then resummoned and they were missing, then resummoned and they lasted 2 mins. Its inconsistent and really frustrating because it kept messing up my transmog.
This has been happening to me as well. At first, I’d be able to resummon the mount and the vendor/transmogger would be there without further issue but now it seems pretty persistent. Only started happening to me since the anniversary event began.
