Does blessed hammer increase chance of GC proc? or is it just a per cast not per hit basis?
I’ve only noticed it proc’ing when i initially cast blessed hammer [BH] (which I believe is synonymous with “using,” as stated in the tool tip). I’ve never seen it proc when BH strikes a target after the initial cast.
That said, BH provides a means to “fish” for procs when not in melee range, which is required if using the base hammer of the righteous skill - as you probably already know, BH doesn’t require a target to cast.
