No and next year at the earliest.
Miners are starting to dump some from the fear of ETH2 coming next month. Watch ebay. But use your best judgement
OR, you can hit a Micro Center or BestBuy when card are in stock.
Current predations is Q1 2023 when you can walk into a store and get one. Once everyone across the country has returned to the office and no one is working from home the demand for PC parts will go WAY down. It will help a lot.

I wouldn’t be too sure about ‘everyone’ returning to the office. I know of more than a few companies that are making ‘work from home’ positions permanent. My sister last month was told her position, and most of those in her office, was now permanently remote. Was talking to a rep from my ISP that said they were told the same thing. I’ve heard from a few other people that they won’t be returning to their offices. If a company can end up saving money by needing less office space they’re probably going to do it.
Now, I realize this doesn’t effect everyone and a lot of people will eventually return to their offices, but I’m willing to be more and more companies will start keeping their employees at home if they can.

I doubt prices will drop much after Nvidia saw how much they can gouge their customers since they are all willing to pay for it even with low end cards.
