You can only activate one gate at a time. At the same time I got to renown 15 and choosing another another waygate to activate, the Forbidden Reach zone became available and I got the waygate quest for that one automatically(?). I activated that gate so I have the quest for the Shady Sanctuary still on my log unable to activate it until I hit the next renown level. I go the spot where the pad is suppose to be and there is no pad. I also still have the arcane vessel in my bag
I think the Shady Sanctuary one is just broken (missing). I got the quests and activated like 8 of them last night and this one simply isn’t there.
That’s what the issue is I abandoned the shady one and was able to pick an other and it worked fine
