Got kicked from a timewalking dungeon by a party of 4 because "you are taking over"

Randomly decides to level my 70 monk, decides to q timewalking dungeons.
have full DF Season 4 PVP gear the first 2 dungeons are super fast and smooth, just ran through and one shot all the mobs;
Got into the third dungeon, casually walking through one shotting all the mobs again;
Got kicked after third boss by a party of 4, got 30 minutes deserter
whispered one of them out of curiosity, they told me the reason is “they are trying to level their tank friend and I destroyed that by taking over; nobody kept you in you coulda left”

Sounds to me like you left the group behind to act the way people don’t like twinks to act (at level 70, you’re basically in the same position as an 11 twink) and they didn’t like it.

Guess you’ll have to get your ego fix elsewhere.

My bad shoulda begged for mercy for oneshotting every mob and finishing a dungeon within 5 minutes and “being such a tryhard”!

I’d have denied the vote kick, if you killed the damned lightning casters. Someone starts em up doesn’t finish them, hello! across the map lightning strikes.

First, it was mogushan palace and one of the part of 4 pulled every mob before 2nd boss and jumped down with all the mobs

Second, why would I get 30 minutes deserter for oneshotting mobs, and why do I have to slow down my leveling because of the sole reason that “people don’t like it”?

because u went ahead and killed everything? not everyone wants to play that way.

i personally don’t mind but again, it isn’t about how I feel because I wasn’t in the group.

Personally, I’d have been content to let you do your thing, but if the group doesn’t want it…well, the majority rules. It happens. Just shrug it off and move on with your day.

well yeah but now I have to sit a 30 minutes deserter and there’s nothing else to do at 2am so what else am I gonna do except for sending a post?

I’m sure you can find many ways to occupy your time, either in WoW or elsewhere. I guess venting on the forums does the job well enough, too. I probably wouldn’t expect everyone to jump to your defense though if I were you.

Because the group decided they didn’t like the way you were playing. That’s their choice.

Because you’re in a random group, not with friends. You want to go fast? Then find your own group of friends or go solo something.

Random pugs you either roll with what the group wants or they can vote to kick.

They chose not to deal with you. As is the agency we’re given over completely random pugs.

except for it is not a “completely random pugs”
its a group of 4 deciding to kick another player without saying anything, also as I’ve stated they are the one pulling every mob before 2nd boss and just jumped down
so what should i do, sit there and watch them do 200 dps to the mobs without pressing my damage globals?
Again the issue is “why is a party of 4 capable of kicking a single player and give the 1 player 30 minutes deserter”?

my guess is he was locking them out of bosses making them lose XP

As I’ve stated above the group of 4 are the ones actually pulling mobs mostly
