When I launch the game on my work computer which has a second monitor set up as the main monitor, the game loads on my secondary (or the laptop) monitor.

Go into graphics settings. I saw this as well. Make sure your main monitor is selected.

Try copying the config.wtf file from the retail WTF folder to the beta WTF folder (to have the same graphics/video settings see if that helps
Sometimes I just can’t help myself and some folks in here are way too serious.
If, like me, changing your monitor in the settings doesn’t work,
You can change your game to Windowed mode, drag it from the top bar over to your main monitor, and then change it back to Fullscreen.

But you are trying to be the one to decide if they’ve done it “right” or not based on your personal metric because you want to play on the game server. It hasn’t even launched yet. You’re saying Blizzard isn’t competent because they don’t have the game servers live when you want them to be. They said June 5, and you’re mad because they’re not doing it at the time you deem acceptable. As pointed out, they’re likely testing login structures. They’ll flip the switch for game servers when they’re ready to test that part. This is beta, not early access. They’re testing all aspects - login servers, game servers, etc. systematically, and just because they haven’t made the game servers live yet doesn’t mean they’ve failed or they’re incompetent.

I have NO PTR accounts running and my dropdown clearly says The War Within Beta. No PTR is listed there. I do see the option to install a TWW PTR server, but I have not done so. So please, tell my how this is a PTR issue when I have no PTR anything setup. I am NOT choosing TWW PTR, and am definitely using the War Within Beta selection. I am over this discussion, people just can not admit that those on non PTR can still (very rarely) get the incompatible list. I do agree that everyone should verify they are not on the PTR since it is available for downloads, but that is definitely not my issue or an issue for the multiple people confirming that they are NOT accessing a PTR.

NEITHER do I! But I still can only choose between my two PTR accounts!
I have not installed any PTR and have not chosen the TWW PTR.
But as I said when I get into The War Within Beta client, I can only choose between my 2 PTR accounts…
said it before ill say it again worst beta launch ever and still nothing from blizz, but what do they care they got our money anyways.
It’s a beta test. I’ve never been in a beta for anything that was smooth at the start.

Maybe we have something different happening then. I have the option to use my starter edition and my primary account - that’s it. So maybe we are both right, just facing a different situation.

My hope is that it will all clear up once the Beta has actually been launched. Several people have stated that it shows the same thing and goes back and forth between showing those incompatible servers and no servers at all.

It’s almost like when the notification pops up that ‘some servers may be currently unavailable’ that they MIGHT be talking about the Beta servers. No one said you idiots are logging into a PTR account. They said you’re seeing PTR servers. Get over yourselves and chill out
its almost like im never buying a beta opt again.
Perhaps they are Beta testing how much complaining about the Beta testing will occur today.
Chill folks, it will eventually open up and you will have months (and many builds) to explore.
