Yet I won’t even equip it. Twilight Devastation doesn’t seem worth it at all. Honestly over-hyped unless you’re a tank, maybe with a +12 to +15 cloak it might be ok-ish? I mean for rogue, how do you people feel about it? Because honestly high-end cloak or not, it only hit someone for 44k non-crit, and that corruption amount is ridiculous. I don’t PvE like that and cant be bothered ranking up a cloak past level 6 unless I have a party. I just don’t have the time irl. By the way the PROC-RATE on this thing is so LOW. Very pathetic I’d say. Rather have infinite stars any day. So what’s your honest thoughts?

I don’t know how anyone isn’t 15 yet to be honest. One run a day (15 min?) would’ve gotten you there forever ago. Plus at least get 12 for the proc. I mean…
the cloak upgrades are pretty time gated I just came back a few weeks ago and im only at rank 9 I play daily for hours, I don’t have a life

Cloak needs a catch-up. You should be able to loot multiple cores instead of restricting you to the amount that the quest says you need.

I know but I mean, I geared my alt to 475 and rank like 13,14 in a month. I know the ilvl isn’t relevant per se but only rank 6 like he said is just silly

I think a rogue opening on someone and getting a TD proc would be hilarious. Outside of that it really only benefits characters that are face bursting into you so you make sure when it does proc it actually lands. TD can be frustrating if you strafe just a bit the proc will literally just miss your target. Not to mention if you are kiting and then it goes off. Which just means wasted procs. Which means it is only good if it can hit for 200k+ to make up for when it just never hits at all.

I think Bearheart spoke some seriously wise words just now, and Flapz are you saying that you’d be willing to party with me to help rank up my cloak? Because solo’ing it is something I just plain don’t have time for. Yes I know people do it all the time, and yeah I know it’s possible, but far too boring and the quest doesn’t give you a straightlined route on those runs. It’s a gobbledy-guuk nasty mess inside of that place. You’re just dumped in an area with random trash and expected to know where to go. The map shows where the page or book is, and its like, oh, ok, I’m trying to run towards it and a dark wall is blocking it, when I could very easily kill the monster if I was telepoted to the end of the boring vision? Like gtfo, no. Not dealing with that garbage.
