Google Chrome and Shortcuts

Thought I would try here to see if anyone knows how to fix this. The shortcuts on the Google page used to be in two rows. Now it’s one long horizontal row.

This has happened before and I found the answer:

  1. Go to Chrome://flags.
  2. In the search bar, type ‘NTP Single row,’ and it will be the first result.
  3. Click on the dropdown menu next to it and select ‘DISABLE.’
  4. Afterward, click the ‘Relaunch’ button.

The above no longer works and I can’t find any information on Google about how to fix this. Does anyone else have this issue and if so, were you able to fix it?
