Supposedly there is some kind of exploit in turning off XP at 110 and above. So they announced 110 and up won’t be able to turn off XP any more.
Not sure how that affects 90 percent of the twinking brackets.

Blame the legendary-geared level-sellers for ruining your twinking who could pull a million mobs in 1 go and finish the dungeons and IEs in less then 10 minutes.
Some elaboration would be great from twinks, what happened?

Gotchya, thanks. I’m glad they rethought that. It wouldn’t affect me (I have no twinks over 109) but it seems a silly thing to change.
People could already do that though. Pretty much nothing has changed on that front, 5 min island expeditions were pretty common with mass pulling and I stopped doing dungeons when non of them ever last more than 15 min and were just an aoe fest with 2+ packs being pulled into bosses all the time due to having over geared people running normal.
I don’t fully understand what exactly the exploit is, but it seems to have twinks up in arms canceling subscriptions or something.
On a side note who came up with the term “twink”? Seems really bizarre to me.

It is pretty lame. 101 tank twinks we’re super fun in Legion power leveling people through dungeons.
There’s no reason to take it out of play now in BfA. Sorry blizzard but you’re drub leveling is painfully boring this expansion and the three zones we get are pretty bland for the most part.

Thank god I have less then 24 hours on my sub. The only thing keeping me here, was twinking now I cannot? The devs are smoking crack!!! Especially since they cannot seem to get Feral to work at all.
In the late 70s a twink was a younger guy who had a sugar daddy buying them really nice clothes they could never afford on their own. It was also used to reference people who looked way younger than their age in the adult entertainment industry (the P word can’t be used in a post lolz).
Old school rpg players adopted the term to refer to characters who were way more powerful than their level (age) indicated and who were being geared/buffed by high level characters (suger daddies). A combination of both ways the term had been used in the real world.
