You dont get to pick anyone ya want, you goto the one listed next to your current server.

the same people who ruined benediction will come over to grobbulus and ruin this server aswell… not sure what to say you

In Vanilla I picked the server because friends were on it, but really they managed to pick a server with the best raiding guilds, so for me it was Smolderthorn with ally Exo exodia and horde Nightmares Asylum even though it was a west coast server. I’m on the assumption that even a pve server you can simply /pvp. The wait time for Alterac Valley was 45mins which gave me enough time to go from Ironforge to Ogrimmar gates and gank the duelers with a PoM pyroblast and enter into battleground while in combat. And Exo would run non gdkp open roll molten core runs for bindings. I remember when Kylista transferred to the server and then they 3 manned ony. One of the more colorful players was darktonyhawk or something. They summoned that guy to the deep water pit under the world tree while his hearth was down and laughed at him.
