Rogues avoid nerf bat for the most part but no buffs either.
But that also means that Rogues are the balancing fulcrum once more. And they are waiting to see how the tiny Rogue population responds to the patch 11.0.5 changes as it filters down through the Rogue community in the coming days and weeks.
But as we suspected all along patch 11.1 is where we see movement regarding any Rogue changes. That is because enough time has passed for enough data and also to see how the Rogue changes as a whole impact the Rogue community.
I personally anticipated that Sub will see more work in patch 11.1 due to the Inv Shadow Dust removal but that is no guarantee.
