So, Goblins can’t be stealthy? Or their tech isn’t stealthy? I mean in an emergency that set of binoculars could double as an explosive device.

You can (in character, not in game mechanics) grab your “customers” in the claws, negotiate your business, and the stinger is for if the negotiations fail.

Goblins are plenty stealthy. Ever heard of the Happy Birthday Surprise? We sneak up on you, pick your pocket and plant a bomb on you.
Goblin tech is known for many things, but stealth usually isn’t one of them. I mean you personally can be… but yea, not so much the tech other than the zeppelin.
