I got lucky on my DH and DK last week, a 616 tier piece on each of them and the changed another piece to a tier piece on each. Fingers crossed. Gl everybody.

The trick is to just never open your vault. Until you open it, there’s a weapon/trinket/tier in every slot with tertiaries rolled on them.
It only turns into capes and bad stat rings after opening it.
You gotta let it cook a while. Do all your weekly chores first, don’t jump in to open the vault immediately.
