Tbh it just means they had been overcharging you [probably for years] because their plans upgraded but you were still on the outdated one. No company is going to double what you’re paying them for at no cost to you just because they’re nice.
That’s what was bugging me. If anything, they try to short-change you any chance they get. The only time they ever budge on anything is if you are going to cancel a service. But hey, if it was unexpected, all the better for Amayna.
As it turns out 200 mbps is going to be the new entry level speed, but they are giving it to customers now in my area of SoCal.
I’m not sure how a company can overcharge me when I know what I ordered from them and check it on speedtest and then cross reference other providers and services each month … I’m pretty sure everybody does this, or should
