First of all for those of you who don’t know, there is 1 viable way to make raw gold at level 25: you don’t do any level 19+ quest and then do them all at 25. The game thinks that 25 is the new level cap so the mechanic that makes quest turnins give 1-2g instead of 10-20s. So going into next phase, basically everyone on Horde will have completed most of Stonetalon, Hillsbrad and Ashenvale, leaving no quests to level up after 25 when the next phase launches.
Solution#1: When the level cap increase, make any quest turned in at 25 retroactively give their XP when you login, so most of us will be at least 26.5 or so and bridge the gap between the new leveling zones.
Solution#2: Just make everyone at 25 jump to 27 or 28 when the level cap increases. This solution is meh.
The second thing that would be a good change is to make many or all of the “on drop” pickup quests shared between party memebers. Right now grouping for pick up quests feels very unrewarding and slow because the on drop quest items aren’t shared. This makes these quests take 300-400% longer depending on how many players you try to do these quests with.
