I am having the same trouble, it doesn’t show up in my bag when I Loot it and the chest keeps glowing.
@Blizzard I am also having the same issue that everyone else is posting about here. The chest is infinitely clickable and the game shows like I’m looting the golden mobile timepiece but it doesn’t show up in my transmit list and the box acts like I never clicked it making the box infinitely clickable.

Can confirm. I should have received the golden mobile timepiece about two weeks ago. I was hoping with the patch this bug would have been fixed. It still is not. Blizzard, please fix.
As of today it’s still bugged. Every time I open the trader’s tender chest it shows me looting it again, over and over. The transmog is invisible too.
My first time back to the game in a while. Not a great first impression, I really wanted it for my mage. Then I went to customer service and remembered why I unsubscribed last time. An endless CS portal loop is not customer service.

Is anyone from Blizzard going to chime in on this? Only a few days left in the month and people have no solutions. My progress bar is full yet I have no option of looting the trading post chest for the item. I can’t complete my year long achievement for the Warden set because of this. This is embarrassing for your company.

I found support articles for negative trader’s tender balances and for missing the trading post enthusiast achievement. Both of them stated they have no workaround or resolution at all currently. It seems like this entire system is pretty buggy.
Same issue here. My progress bar is full but I cannot loot the monthly reward, the watch, from the box as well as the tmog.
