Golden Company is a performance focused raiding guild that utilizes the GDKP loot system. While it may be in the name, gold is not the driving factor for Golden Company. We are here for the challenge and value loyalty, community, and performance over anything else. Gold buyers/carries are not welcome.

🇶 Is Golden Company “just a GDKP”?
No! We are a progression raiding guild just that happens to use GDKP as a loot system. Though, we do also host GDKP raids for members of the Pagle community.
🇶 Why GDKP?
We’ve been in guilds with every type of loot system and believe GDKP to be the most fair and drama free. We want to treat our raiders as adults that can decide what is best for them (and the raid) and act accordingly. We often operate as our own “open source loot council” in that people will discuss items to see how impactful they are for others before bidding. No cuts or admin fees.
🇶 What is your raiding style?
We don’t cleanly fit in either the Semi-Hardcore or Hardcore category. Our schedule is closer to Semi-Hardcore in that we don’t force more than 2 days of raiding, splits, or PTR, but our performance is typically on par with Hardcore guilds. Many of our raiders have been in the top rankings by class or overall dps. Our priorities are boss speed/execution, raider parsing, efficient clear times, and meta achievements
🇶 What does the guild name mean?
Golden Company refers to a highly disciplined mercenary organization from the novel series A Song of Ice and Fire (aka Game of Thrones). Members came from many different backgrounds and consider themselves a free brotherhood of exiles. They are well regarded for their skill, organization, and never breaking a contract. We felt this name was fitting because of the diverse background of our raiders and our focus on integrity.

No application needed! Post your logs in our verification channel, message me your interest in joining, and get then get involved. If you enjoy raiding with us, fit in with the team, and perform well in a needed role, then you will likely be asked to join us.
